1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if:
Item is damaged on arrival
Item is incorrect
Item is defective
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. Reporting Issues
You must contact us within:
7 days of delivery
Include:
Order number
Photos of issue
Description of problem

3. Refunds
If approved, refunds are processed to original payment method within:
5–10 business days
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened botanical products
Perishable goods
Items returned without approval

5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
We cover shipping for wrong/damaged items
Customer may cover shipping in other cases (if applicable)

6. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating chargebacks to resolve issues directly.
